A glossy round savoyed leaf green with thick and tender stems that are a cross between komatsuna and tatsoi. Misome is a very pleasant tasting green, even when eaten raw. It was only the faintest bitterness with a subtle mustard green flavor. Great for stir-fry and pickling.
